Cancellation/No-Show Policy

In order to provide the best scheduling options for our guests, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any adjustments to your upcoming appointment.
 

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service booked. Missed appointments (no-shows) will result in a fee equal to 100% of the total service booked.
 

Payment of these fees is required before scheduling a new appointment at Bloom.

To ensure efficient management of appointments, we require a card be placed on file for booking purposes. This card will be securely stored and will only be charged in the event of a cancellation or no-show, as outlined in our policy.
