CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We respect our stylists’ time and ask for the same consideration from our guests.

Notice Required

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or adjust your appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed entirely will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

Rebooking

Outstanding fees must be paid before booking a new appointment.

Card on File

A credit card is required for all bookings and will only be charged according to this policy.

RESCHEDULING DUE TO LATE ARRIVAL

So we can stay on time for every guest

Grace Period

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to stay on schedule for all guests.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

If your appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will apply and must be paid before booking your next visit.

Your Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you’re not 100% happy with your hair color, cut, or extension service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll gladly offer a complimentary adjustment to make it right.

What's Included

Adjustments are designed to fine-tune your original service so you leave feeling confident and happy with your hair.

Please note: complimentary adjustments do not apply if you’ve had a change of heart about the color, tone, or extension method originally agreed upon.
In these cases, a new service charge may apply.

Refunds

Because our stylists’ time and expertise are fully reserved for you during your appointment, refunds are not offered under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and trust in our commitment to high-quality, personalized service.
